With a search filter tool, we quickly and easily locate the candidate, based on the requested profile. We analyze the resumes and invite the candidates for an interview.


HAT makes personal interviews, by skills and competence, and verify references of previous employment. During this phase, tests on specific knowledge, logical reasoning and interviews with the IT manager are administered.


We forward an report on the candidates with their results to the client, who is responsible for the final evaluation and hiring of the professional. A fterwards, we analyze any criminal record of the candidates, before any hiring occurs. In case of psychological tests and reports being necessary or requested, we have a licensed psychologist to perform them.
